Meet the Team Behind ISAY-USAY, and the Mission That Drives Us
ABOUT US
After 20 years in the education system, Kelley recognized a gap in services for neurodiverse youth and young adults. They needed more than school and therapy to thrive in everyday life.
She listened closely to her former students and noticed a recurring theme, there were few opportunities for real-life guidance or social connection once students stepped outside school walls. Hence, ISAY-USAY was born...

OUR MISSION
Bridging the gap from education to application.
We use a relationship centered, evidence based, and real world application approach to meet the social-emotional needs of neurodivergent youth in a safe and supportive environment.
OUR VISION
Help the hive thrive, break barriers in our youth.
We strive to create a community where our youth are able to rise above barriers and become fully involved members of their communities. For our youth to live socially and emotionally fulfilled lives, in order to make the hive thrive. Our ultimate goal is to create a youth center for our teens and young adults.

MEET OUR TEAM

As a longtime educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I’ve spent the last 18 years working with neurodiverse individuals across schools and private programs. Through that work, I saw something missing—not just in services, but in meaningful opportunities for social growth, connection, and confidence.
ISAY-USAY was born from the belief that all youth deserve a safe, inclusive space to build life skills, express themselves, and form authentic relationships. I’ve seen firsthand the power of community and the transformation that happens when young people are given both support and room to grow.
My hope is that every teen who is connected with ISAY-USAY feels seen, valued, and inspired to thrive in their own way. Together, we’re not just bridging gaps—we’re building a better future.
